York Region Street Outreach Van

The program provides basic, potentially life saving services to individuals who are homeless, at-risk of becoming homeless, street-involved and/or have mental health issues.  Services include food, clothing, health and mental health assessments/support, needle exchange, sexual health supplies and information, help accessing shelter, and referrals to community resources.  The van is staffed by a Public Health nurse and a Mental Health worker.

The Van operates Mondays through Thursdays from 2 pm to 9 pm, and on Fridays from 10 am to 4 pm.
